What a week!

I love this vid. At first blush it’s REALLY silly, he talks funny and seems to be doing his impression of Shaman Scooby-Doo. What’s wonderful and instructive however is his “character’s” relationship with the spirits. It is similar to how many Central and South American, Africans and other traditional spiritual traditions deal with the ancestors. They respect the improved perspective of those no longer burdened by earthly concerns, know the spirits can give useful information but are not overly impressed by them. After all if they’re so smart, how come they’re still dead?
